We would like to send our appreciation for a termite eradication job just done on our home at Rostrevor. After making our appointment for 13th September, our first contact was with your representative Mark Hargreaves when he came to our home to give us a quote. His approach was very professional and friendly. Although we had other quotes, he impressed us with his thoroughness and this caused us to accept the quote and make a day for the job to be carried out on Thursday 19th September. We waited with some trepidation because even though Mark was very good, we had no idea who was going to do the job and if they would be as professional. Our big day arrived and we met Jason Thompson at the gate promptly at 8.30am. He was friendly and after some chit chat we went inside to discuss the job.

From then on we were very impressed with his professional manner and thoroughness. We asked him many questions (we must have been a bit of a pain) but he took time to answer our concerns and always made sure we were happy with where it was all going. We were in and out of the house most of the day and the quality of his work we witnessed was first class. When the job was finished it was almost impossible to see where he had been. Our polished timber, carpeted and tiles/terrazzo floors were as before. I feel you must be very proud of having such competent employees, and credit goes to the person who selected them to represent your company. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to them all, and in particular to Jason for a job well done, and hopefully when our first inspection comes up in 12 months he will be able to conduct it as we have great faith in him.

Thanks to your technician Rob was very thorough, found termite evident in a council tree and advised me to ring the council ASAP. The council had their team out that night and removed the tree as it was that badly damaged could of fallen down at any time and if it did it would of landed on my house, thanks again.
