West Lakes
Including Port Adelaide, Seaton, Grange
One of Adelaide’s most popular suburbs is West Lakes. It is a popular location for families and is considered one of the most liveable suburbs in the city.
West Lakes also has one of South Australias largest shopping centres, Westfield West Lakes Shopping Centre and AAMI stadium, home of the Adelaide Crows and is the premiere sporting complex of South Australia. The suburb is relatively new, with reclaimed swamp land only ready for development around 1970.
It’s part of the City of Sturt, and also is home to the famous West Lakes Golf Course.
